Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LandlordHub ("the Service"), operated by Karlo Perčinić. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The service
LandlordHub helps landlords track rent, manage tenants and guests, handle maintenance requests, and store documents. It is a record-keeping tool — it does not process or hold rent payments. Subscription payments are handled by Stripe.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter, including data about your tenants and guests. You must have a lawful basis to store the personal data of the people you add.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the system.
Plans and payment
A free plan is available. Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Availability & disclaimer
We work to keep the Service running reliably but provide it "as is", without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data beyond what applicable law requires. Keep your own copies of anything critical.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account → Delete Account, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
